Good Monday Morning! I have to say I'm feeling worded out after my lengthy post on Saturday. Do I hear a collective sigh of relief? It has occurred to me that blogging is a little like standing on the podium accepting an award. With each post I publish, I get to ramble on, seemingly without end, about pretty much anything I want; as long as it's about me. And just like watching the Oscars; you can tune me out as you please, switching channels to a more interesting blog with the click of a mouse.

Today, I'm attempting to hold your interest with a demonstration of my superb flailing in the air skills.  My type one nature {It's Just My Nature! by Carol Tuttle} is not particularly well suited to static poses.  When I review my photos, usually half of them are some kind of blur.  I try, I really try, to stand still, and with practice I am getting better...but at the same time I find myself getting braver about showing you the real me on this little blog.  So yes, there will be more dynamic photos in the future.  Anyways, the impetus for all this air time, is my fringed booties.  I get such a silly joy of out each step I take; the fringes sashaying along with me.  These little boots are what's going to get me through this remaining month of winter weather!  Well, that and polka dots, and my leaping kitty brooch.

All photos snapped locally.  I had to immortalize my first flower sighting of the year and the mister and I also had the good luck to see three bald eagles hanging out at the beach.

A big thank you to everyone for checking out my little jewelry DIY earlier this week.

  9. Sue, your pictures are so vibrant and interesting. I was looking at them thinking if I jumped like that I'd fall and kill myself! I think my nature is much more still than yours. Those booties are enough to make anyone jump for joy though. Really fun. Chic outfit and one that would be my style too.

    1. I know, I am very grateful for the fact that we do Not have snow. It is possible that we might get a snow before spring, but unlikely, which is all good for me.

  26. Sue, this post made my basically crappy day so much better. Your posts always make me smile. This outfit can take you so many places, and I'm inspired by your print mixing ... got a polka-dot and stripe duo to show off very soon, in part because of your recent pics!
I have posts all over for you ... check mail when the spirit moves or time permits!

  33. Fabulous flailing!! Got my attention. And your nature shots are great, so exciting seeing bald headed eagles. I remember seeing some on a trip to Alaska. For us Ozzies the bald headed eagles is iconically American. I believe it is not always that easy to see them though so I feel very priveledged. Have a great day!
